Registration fees

To register and pay, please go to "Registration" in the main menu of the website of the conference.

You find here the information about the conference pricing:

The price for the conference is 1040 €.

This price includes (from 3 September to 8 September):

Accomodation in single room (5 nights) at the four stars Mercure Hotel in Dijon (http://hotel-mercure-dijon.com/dijon)
Breakfast and lunch (including drinks) at the Mercure hotel from Monday to Friday included

Pause café in the morning and in the afternoon sessions at the Mercure hotel
Cheese and wines evening poster sessions at the Mercure hotel

NOT included are the diners

Some administrations require to split the price of the conference fees in housing and other fees. In the registration form, you have the option to pay separately the amount for housing and for the conference fees:

Housing: 500 €

Conference fees: 540 €

Excursion (optional, Thursday)

The price for the excursion is 50 €.

This price includes:

Transport from Dijon to Beaune in the afternoon and return at midnight Thursday
Visit of the famous cellers "Patriarche" and wine tasting (http://www.patriarche.com/spip.php?lang=en)

Candelight diner (banquet )in the cellers "Patriarche"

Accompanying persons

It is possible to upgrade the single room in a double room for an accompanying person for an extra cost, you must contact directly the hotel for such an arrangement (Phone: +33 3 80 72 31 13). Similarly, you must contact the hotel to book a room before or after the conference. Thank you for your comprehension.
